I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bickers and the entire team. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Bickers was patient, thorough in explaining the treatment plan, and genuinely caring. I appreciated the time taken to answer my questions and ensure I understood every step of my care. I highly recommend Dr. Bickers and the entire office to anyone looking for a dentist in Charlottesville area!

As always, I was treated with utmost compassion and kindness by both the hygienist and the dentist. They provide such complete care and keep me aware of everything as they go along. They have a well planned treatment for any issues that may arise. They are the best team I have ever had after many years of dental work!

I was immediately comfortable and felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Bickers and his staff. They go out of their way to explain procedures and help you understand what choices there are for your situation. I can not recommend them enough! AMAZING!!!!!Dr. Gompers and his assistant McKenzie worked on my teeth n the absence of Dr. Bickers. I am a nervous dental patient when having fillings removed. McKenzie and Dr. Gompers big smiles and friendly approach immediately helped calm my anxiety. The procedure required one filling replacement and a tooth repair. Dr. Gompers discussed the work planned in detail before proceeding. The hardest part for me is enduring the shots of numbing medicine. Dr. Gompers slow steady approach made the whole experience pain free. The two worked as a team and kept me informed all along the way. They showed me the photos of the teeth before and after the procedure. The end product was outstanding. The two were professional and kind making it a whole new experience. Kudos to Dr. Bickers for adding them to his practice. Overall, the two were AMAZING and deserve a BIG raise. Dr. Gompers would make a good future partner given his talent and character meet the strict expectations and stands of Dr. Bickers practice!

I went in for a new Crown and was very pleased with the results. Although it had been many years since I had visited Dr. Bickers practice, the staff was friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr. Gompers and his associate were friendly, professional and did a fine job installing my Crown. It was a good experience and I will be back.
